MJ Pharmacy retail terms

MJ Pharmacy is the website brand. The seller is THE TRUSTEE FOR LEGANA PHARMACY TRUST & THE TRUSTEE FOR M JABER FAMILY TRUST, trading as Legana Discount Drug Store, ABN 11 926 193 025. Orders are fulfilled through Legana Discount Drug Store at 3 Legana Grove, Legana TAS 7277.

Shopping and prices

These terms apply to the ordinary retail products offered through this website. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown in checkout before payment. Review the product, pack size, quantity, address and final total before submitting your order. Website prices can differ from in-store prices.

Orders and availability

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Some items must be obtained from a supplier before dispatch; online availability is not a statement of pharmacy shelf stock or immediate dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order as placed, we will contact you and resolve any payment for unsupplied goods. Alternatives require your agreement. If we discover a material listing or pricing error, we will explain it and give you the choice to accept the corrected order or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Payment, delivery and returns

Use the payment methods offered by the checkout. Delivery options and charges depend on your basket and address. Our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy explain supplier orders, cancellation and delivery issues. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pharmacy services and your information

This retail checkout does not accept prescriptions, prescription tokens, medicinal cannabis orders, clinical information or pharmacist appointment requests. Do not put health information into checkout notes or general email. Call the pharmacy to ask about an appropriate secure service. General product information is not personalised medical advice.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Marketing consent is optional and separate from buying goods. Provide accurate order and delivery details and use the website lawfully.
